I immediately called downstairs and asked for a room change. Once we checked in we headed to our room and immediately noticed that there was a strong scent of smoke in the room. Don’t try to check in more than 10 minutes earlier don’t want to charge you an additional $15 even though they have a $45 resort fee per night when the pool is not open. The only person in the lobby to help you as a person taking peoples temperatures due to the Corona virus. When you check in at this hotel there is no one there to help you.
